A selection of spaces designed for the people who live and work in them.

Project 1 : Continental Heights Residence
Mazgaon, Mumbai | 2 BHK Apartment
Drawn from the principles of Fatemi Architecture, this apartment was designed as an exercise in restraint. The brief was simple: make it feel larger than it is, without making it feel empty.
The result is a space built on minimal luxury — clean lines, deliberate material choices, and a palette that doesn’t compete for attention. Every piece has a reason to be there. Nothing is filler.
Design language: Minimal. Structured. Quietly considered.

Project 2 : Raheja Artisia Residence
Worli, Mumbai | 4 BHK Duplex
A duplex home for a family that wanted comfort to lead and luxury to follow. The foundation of this design is a neutral palette — warm whites, natural textures, and understated finishes — punctuated at key moments with deliberate pops of colour.
The idea was simple: luxury doesn’t have to announce itself. Here, it lives in the quality of light through a window, the weight of a fabric, the way a room invites you to sit down and stay.
Design language: Warm. Layered. Grounded in comfort.

Project 3 Soham Apartments
Malabar Hill, Mumbai | Holiday Residence
Designed as a holiday home for an HNI couple, this residence in Malabar Hill had one central purpose: to be a space that feels like a celebration. The clients often entertain and wanted a home that could hold a gathering with the same ease as it holds a quiet morning.
The design responds to that duality — elegant without being stiff, refined without being cold. Every room is touched with a quiet sense of occasion.
Design language: Elegant. Composed. Made for hosting.
